A good blend of imagination and creativity by the great Rafa Zafra. Immaculate, nicely presented establishment, complete with show-cooking, in the heart of the Ribera district. Cuisine based on fresh products, especially from the sea, lots of grilling and zero odours. Excellent raw product, displayed on what looks like a market stall, and heavenly dressings to go with it. Difficult choice because you want to try everything. Delicious dessert menu. Diverse selection of wines. Efficient staff. Filled with eye-catching details, like their impressive tableware. Reasonable prices considering the quality, worth every penny. There's no secret: it's just simplicity made perfect.
