Cuisine based on fresh products, especially from the sea, lots of grilling and zero odours. Excellent raw product, displayed on what looks like a market stall, and heavenly dressings to go with it. Difficult choice because you want to try everything. Delicious dessert menu, with ingredients and recipes explained. Diverse selection of wines. Efficient staff. Filled with eye-catching details, like their impressive tableware. Reasonable prices considering the quality, worth every penny. There's no secret: it's just simplicity made perfect.
