Long diaphanous space in slate-grey tones, with two bars and an open kitchen. Their Mediterranean menu resurrects ancient recipes and the original methods used to prepare them: garum, marinated and salted delicacies, and much more, made with raw products of the highest quality. Excellent fries served with the must-try cod head in pil pil sauce. The Maldonado nipples and Iberian broth make a delicious duo. One-sided omelettes cooked to order. Arroz viudo ("widowed" or meatless rice) with marrow. Good and extensive wine list. Quality desserts. There's no denying the originality of this proposal by the Raurich & Tamae team (Dos Palillos).
