This is the second project in Madrid by the owners of Ronda 14. The premises are split onto two floors: at street level, the bar counter and a section with high tables and stools for an informal lunch, while the spacious, comfortable dining room is found below. Here, they serve popular traditional Peruvian fare with a few nods to Asturian cuisine. The menu is designed for sharing and the dishes are also available in half portions. Highlights among the specialities include green ceviche with huacatay black mint and mango, crispy oxtail-topped corn tortos or the octopus with stewed olluco. The wine list is limited but well-selected and fairly priced. Recommendable.
