A project by the Álbora Group, fruit of an alliance between Jamones Joselito and the premium brand of preserves La Catedral de Navarra. Spectacular premises with an impeccable décor that is modern and elegant without being excessive, and includes a glass cellar with more than eight thousand bottles. There is also a circular food bar counter that is separate from the restaurant, and an exclusive table in the kitchen. Haute cuisine translated into everyday cooking and made with first-class fresh ingredients. Choice between à la carte dining or tasting menus. There is a slightly bourgeois feel both to the kitchen and the dining room (“amusing tradition”, they call it) to attract a clientèle of all types and ages. Prices are high but reasonable.
