Chef Hugo Muñoz’s brilliant personal project. Traditional Spanish food meets Japanese cuisine, combining techniques and presentations from the Land of the Rising Sun with local products and recipes. Prime seasonal ingredients are transformed into nigiri, tartare, tempura and wok dishes. You can order à la carte, but the wisest course is to put yourself in the chef’s capable hands and ask for his "Omakase" menu, which he tailors to each diner’s tastes, preferences and appetite. Simple, minimalistic dining room dominated by the bar opposite the kitchen. Good table service and a highly commendable wine list complete a well-rounded experience.
