In the heart of the Redes Natural Park, this small restaurant has breathed new life into the village’s former bar, turning it into a gastronomic refuge. In a bright dining room with barely six tables, the offering is based on a reinterpretation of Asturian cuisine, guided by respect and simplicity. Recognisable dishes, made with few ingredients but plenty of depth, are prepared with skill and without excess. Trout, wild boar, bonito roll… all rooted in the surrounding landscape.
