"Itzuli" means "to return" in Basque, and that’s exactly what Iñigo Lavado does in his new restaurant. Located in the Luze San Sebastián Hotel in Igeldo, this is a project filled with excitement and deep family roots. It’s a cuisine of emotions, traditions and Basque heritage, all seen through a renewed lens. Lavado also pays tribute to his mentor, Luis Irizar, dedicating the kitchen table to him. Arantxa, his wife, masterfully manages the dining room, while their son Julen, a sommelier, oversees the impressive wine cellar. The dining space is elegant, full of natural light and a terrace. A visit to the spectacular kitchen is a must.
