Morro Tango

The name originally referred to people who only appreciate the best and don’t eat just anything. This restaurant focuses on seasonal cuisine that highlights the garden produce of La Rioja. The star dishes include the menestra (a vegetable stew) and the croquettes that Chef Cristóbal learned how to make after twelve years at Marisa Sánchez’s Echaurren. There is a tasting menu and even a short custom menu available only on weekdays. It’s worth the detour.
