Since it opened in 1988, this restaurant has become an icon in Málaga for traditional seasonal cuisine. Be sure to try the artichokes: they come as a confit and wrapped in Serrano ham, fried, grilled, battered or in a Montilla Moriles sauce. Other standouts are the gazpachuelo, fish prepared in multiple ways and the meat cuts. They also have some interesting off-menu options. Frequented by a loyal local clientele. A shrine to classical Málaga cuisine.
