This tiny little restaurant with big dreams is located in the old port of Bermeo. It has a bar for a maximum of five people and a small terrace for sunny days. Fabulous Japanese cuisine prepared with skill and care. At the bar, you must order the omakase menu to discover flavours, techniques and small and surprising fusions. At the terrace, there’s a tempting menu with classics such as nigiri, sashimi and tartare. As could be expected in this seaside town, tuna plays a starring role. Interesting wine and sake list.
