This project, considered one of the pillars of Cerdanya cuisine, is set in a charming farmhouse in the centre of Das. The chef stays true to Catalan tradition through a menu that brings together well-executed classics such as pig’s trotters, cannelloni or seasonal mushrooms, alongside an impeccable selection of meats. The real surprise comes with the wine: there is no list. Instead, diners are invited into the cellar to choose their own bottle – a fun and unusual touch. The place tends to fill up, so booking is recommended.
