Contemporary Neapolitan pizzeria right in the heart of the city. Short pizza menu divided into "red" and "yellow" pizzas, depending on whether they have a PDO San Marzano red tomato base or a Sicilian yellow tomato passata base. Made using quality ingredients, many from Italy, and a light dough, with extremely airy, risen crusts. Favourites include the Nduja and the pizza made with PDO burrata di Puglia. For dessert, don’t miss the pistachio panuozzo. Small establishment decorated in a simple fashion. From the bar you can see the pizzaiolo preparing the dishes. They don’t take bookings and sometimes you have to wait.
