Charming trattoria very close to the cathedral. A cosy establishment spread across two floors, with classic décor and old works of art, and a terrace overlooking the streets in the old quarter of the city. They serve authentic Italian cuisine from an extensive à la carte menu, and there’s also an excellent selection of wines with more than five hundred Italian, national and international DO labels to choose from. The standouts on the menu are the potatoes in cheese and truffle sauce, the mature entrecôte carpaccio, and any of the fresh pasta dishes. Booking recommended. They live up to their reputation.
