A little hidden, almost concealed from the road and set by the River Júcar, this restaurant surprises with homemade cooking prepared with care and offering good value for money. The menu is short but well thought out and based on quality ingredients: the salad from their own garden, brothy rice with rabbit, pisto manchego or charcoal-grilled lamb chops are all safe bets. It only opens for breakfast and lunch. The space is simple, with an outdoor terrace, and they also have another restaurant in Albacete. A real find.
