In this roadside manor house, with soft lighting, fine wood and dressed tables, everything revolves around fire. The Vidal brothers have turned the grill into their own language. Their tasting menu combines technique, simplicity and top-quality Galician products. Everything passes over embers fuelled with oak or fruitwood, depending on the ingredient. Pan de manteca, scallop, spider crab, Rubia Gallega beef steak or a spectacular lobster prepared in three stages are served with precision and balance. During the week, there is also the option of an à la carte menu. The entrance to the venue does not do it justice. No one leaves here hungry.
