The Vidal brothers have turned the grill into a language of their own, working each ingredient over different woods with great precision. The menu travels through Galicia with lobster, queen scallops, fish, scallop and a magnificent Rubia Gallega T-bone steak, always aiming to bring out the best in the product. Óscar runs the kitchen and grill, while Manuel looks after the dining room with warmth and attention. A house where fire leads the way, the product speaks for itself and there is always an element of surprise.
