This award-winning restaurant in Santa Comba has upheld its family tradition since 1939. Manuel García, grandson of the founders, offers a tasting menu that begins with an aperitif in the fabulous wine cellar, continues with the meal in the restaurant and concludes by the fireplace in the lounge. The menu pays tribute to Galician gastronomy, blending tradition and innovation with local ingredients such as fish, seafood and home-made bread. Each dish enhances natural flavours with modern techniques. To complete the experience, guests can stay in one of its villas inspired by Celtic forts.
