This business has evolved over the course of its history. It began as a venta that supplied nearby homes and provided lodging for pilgrims, then became a bar and eventually evolved into the establishment it is today. Four generations on, the tradition lives on through the ingredients, the fire and a cuisine deeply rooted in the Camp d’Elx region. Rice dishes cooked over a vine-wood fire are the flagship specialities, such as the onion and cod rice, but the produce from its own vegetable garden and the grilled meats also shine. Much more than just a rice restaurant.
