Chef Susi Díaz and her husband began their journey in 1984 in this old farmhouse in the Elche countryside, and their children have since joined the project. Modern interior design and a garden with native plants. The cuisine is in constant evolution. Enjoy Mediterranean flavours and creative dishes prepared with local ingredients and produce from their own garden. The white asparagus ice cream is usually on the menu and is an absolute must. You can order à la carte, create a personalised menu or opt for the Origen menu. A delightful experience.
