Located in Alameda Park in Monóvar, this family-run restaurant serves updated Mediterranean cuisine prepared with locally sourced ingredients. The Palomares siblings, with Josep in the kitchen and Carme in the front of house, make a great team. À la carte and set menus are available in the dining room, while the terrace offers tapas, grilled meats and pizzas. Steak tartare brioche, aubergine maki, excellent rice dishes and a torrija de toña (French toast) that is almost mandatory to order. A benchmark in the area.
