In Almería’s historic quarter, chef José Manuel Berenguer reinvents the concept of the grill house, placing the spotlight on fresh fish and seafood cooked over the coals. Within stone walls, classic décor, vaulted ceilings and under the gaze of a giant octopus, the embers set the pace. In the display cabinet: sea bass, red prawns and other treasures from the sea. The menu also features Japanese touches such as nigiri and sashimi, marrow with prawn tartare or torrija with cocoa soup. A different and very flavoursome way to savour fish from the Almerían coast.
