Set away from Almería’s main tourist circuit, this restaurant stands out from the usual offerings in the area. Led by an Indian chef with solid experience, it presents a cuisine that fuses local ingredients with international influences, supported by service that lives up to the standard. The menu features dishes such as scallops with Thai curry, brioche with Iberian pulled pork and ras el hanout, squid in butter with caramelised pineapple or Segureño lamb with filo pastry and cashews. A tasting menu is also available. One of the most interesting projects in inland Almería.
