Deceptively simple cuisine with a different touch and a lot of flavour based on seasonal and local products. Traditional dishes made with originality. Sometimes it's a little difficult to understand the menu, but the friendly staff is always ready to help and offer good advice. Standout dishes include Almería red prawns with aged beef fat and sole à la meunière. Small portions. The wine list is also original and thoughtfully curated. It might not be for everyone, but it's perfect for those willing to explore new flavours. A soulful and unique spot in Cabo de Gata.
