A unique experience at the foot of the Añana salt flats. U-shaped bar counter for fifteen diners located in an old salt warehouse. No official menu, only a surprise menu that depends on what’s available from the local producers. Espejo free-range eggs, Valdegovia potatoes, tenderloin and charcoal-grilled horse meat are some of the dishes served. Leave some room for the cheese platter and chocolate and salt desserts. A good choice after a visit to the Salt Valley.
