This restaurant forms part of the spectacular Marqués de Riscal complex, which combines a winery, hotel, spa and fine dining amidst the vineyards. The building, designed by Frank O. Gehry, makes the surroundings part of the experience. The menu, developed under the guidance of La Rioja-born chef Francis Paniego, is presented through two tasting menus that creatively reinterpret La Rioja’s culinary traditions. The wine pairing is highly recommended. The complex also offers other options, such as 1860 Tradición, with a more traditional menu, the Wine Bar and Asador Torrea, where you can enjoy excellent grilled meats. A privileged setting amongst the vineyards.
