Seasonal cuisine with great technique is served on the first floor of a historic hotel. Roberto Alfaro heads the kitchen, while Jesús Solanas oversees the dining room and the excellent wine cellar. Guests can dine à la carte, order half portions or opt for the seasonal or tasting menus. Dishes such as Rockefeller oyster, grey mullet bottarga, Iberian pork shoulder with fresh cheese and pistachio or wild cod with cod cheeks and pork scratchings showcase both expertise and creativity. It is worth ordering coffee, as its preparation is a pleasant surprise. A serious, elegant offering, free of excesses.
