This grill house makes fire the cornerstone of a cuisine that looks straight to the product, grounded in both technique and tradition. Its name, taken from Asturian, evokes a migratory journey between territories. The menu brings together Cantabrian fish and shellfish, such as grilled cod or lobster, with substantial meat dishes like ribeye, bone-in cachopo or beef stroganoff. Everything passes through the fire with sound judgement under the direction of chef Paco Argiz. In the dining room, Irene Arjona completes an experience that invites you to linger.
