A restaurant with something of a shady air reminiscent of a speakeasy. This is Chef Nacho Manzano’s most daring venture. The dining room is small and intimate to encourage interaction between customers and kitchen. The offering is based around a tasting menu that changes according to the products available at the time of year, with a special focus on game, wild mushrooms, fish and vegetables. Option of a short or long menu. Good wine selection. Does justice to the chef from whom it takes its name.
