This restaurant in Badalona is deeply committed to seasonality, quality ingredients and small local suppliers. The kitchen focuses on simple, flavourful dishes cooked without rushing. Oxtail, pork cheeks with roasted carrot purée, aubergine with tahini sauce or French-style steak tartare served with chips and toast all reflect its style well.
