In the heart of Poblenou lies this century-old tavern that preserves the flavour of authenticity. Their speciality are Cantabrian anchovies, hand-cleaned every morning and perfectly balanced in salt and vinegar. Delicious razor clams, mussels, fish roe and cockles accompany the house vermouth or a glass of Priorat wine. The warm, traditional setting, with wood, wine barrels and bullfighting décor, attracts both locals and visitors alike. A genuine refuge for the classic aperitif.
