This iconic restaurant in Alt Penedès is now run by the third generation of the family. The menu remains faithful to traditional Catalan cuisine, based on grilled and stewed dishes, with avant-garde touches and seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. The menu is extensive and includes a variety of starters, fish and meat dishes. Croquettes, foie gras, snails, cannelloni and pig's trotters with plums are served at the table. They offer a weekday lunch menu and a wine list with around three hundred references. Inside the restaurant, the L'Essència space offers a more creative menu. A pleasant experience.
