Víctor Pardo (La Bonaigua), along with several partners, has set a high standard in the Les Corts neighbourhood. The dining room features linen-draped tables and a classic décor reminiscent of a Catalan farmhouse, with exposed beams and wooden furniture. The short menu of Catalan market-fresh cuisine is complemented by daily specials, such as fresh fish, seafood and the occasional rice dish. Top-quality ingredients and many dishes to share. The prawn carpaccio, ham croquette and potato salad with fried egg are not to be missed. Excellent wine list. A much-needed breath of fresh air for the area.
