Cuina Sant Pau

Ruscadella’s former award-winning establishment in Sant Pol de Mar reopened by his son Raül and Murilo Rodrigues. Now it is an informal bistrot serving simple dishes with both local and Brazilian touches, such as the santpolenca octopus and the moqueca monkfish. A few nods to the past, such as the croquettes inspired by the former deli and the lemon cream. Tables are bare but come with XXL napkins. Select wine list. A good eatery.
