Modern establishment with a classical feel to it, offering ten linen-draped tables, a couple of high tables with stools at the front and a small terrace. Strictly seasonal cuisine. A mixture of edgy dishes, more elaborate recipes and off-menu options. The creamy rice with prawns, chicken croquettes and los macarras de la abuela (grandma’s stuffed macaroni) are unmissable. Premium ingredients prepared with an expert touch. The odour extraction system could be better. A great experience with a great chef!
