This classic, founded in 1979, remains a safe bet for enjoying well-executed traditional cuisine. The menu focuses on local, seasonal ingredients, and many dishes are available in half portions.  The legendary crayfish cream soup with confit mushrooms and a hint of truffle, a staple since the restaurant opened, never disappoints. The wine list pairs well with the offer and remains reasonably priced. Housed in a modernist tower, the restaurant features several spaces: a magnificent and romantic terrace much loved by regulars, a comfortable dining room with round tables and a private room. It attracts a loyal and diverse clientele. A very appealing option.
