This dining experience goes far beyond the restaurant itself. Locally sourced ingredients, much of them from the restaurant’s own farm, takes centre stage in an honest Catalan cuisine that respects the seasons and the local terroir. The dining experience can be enjoyed via two tasting menus or à la carte. Among the must-try dishes are the excellent country pâté, the warm sobrasada and the spectacular crispy pig's trotters – three dishes which alone make the visit worthwhile. An elegant dining experience deeply rooted in its surroundings, which can be complemented by a stay at their cosy rustic hotel.
