Fire and embers in this luxury grill on the ground floor of the Torre Melina Gran Meliá, formerly the Juan Carlos I Hotel. Decorated in a bistro-style, in shades of green, it has good soundproofing, an open kitchen and three different grills for meat, vegetables and fish. Cuisine that fuses Mediterranean flavours with those of northern Spain. Varied menu where aged meats get top billing, although guests can also enjoy a variety of starters and main courses, like the brioche with beef and mushroom stew or the monkfish, for those who are less meat-inclined. Good wine list. Pleasant and professional service. A very interesting addition to the city.
