Some still remember it by the name of El Garaje. Today it is a legendary place in the Maresme region, a benchmark for Catalan cuisine. The Reixach sisters, Paquita and Lolita, brought it into the limelight and they have succeeded with the generational change, something not very usual. Classic establishment with modern annexes. Serves well-prepared traditional cuisine based on local produce. Don’t miss the stewed lobster with potatoes, the peas and the cannelloni. Old-school service. Wonderful wine list at a good price. Still got it.
