Mexican chef Roberto Ruiz (Barracuda Mx, Madrid) brings the flavours of Mexico’s Pacific coast together with Catalan ingredients and contemporary touches at the NH Constanza Hotel. The menu includes several guacamoles, tacos and a few more substantial fish dishes. Highlights include the tacos al pastor and bone marrow with beef rib tacos. To drink, there is an extensive selection of mezcal and tequila-based cocktails, along with a reasonably priced wine list. The space is pleasant and includes a spacious, peaceful inner terrace. A flavoursome, distinctive proposal that leaves a lasting impression.
