This is the creation of three brothers that occupies a 12th-century farmhouse in Sallent. Classical and modern are artfully combined in both the décor and the cuisine. Everything is very tasty. The rice with pork loin is incredible, and the desserts are second to none. Well-plated dishes and excellent value for money. Order from their à la carte menu, seasonal recommendations or tasting menu. Great food and excellent pastries. Friendly, professional wait staff. A lot of passion goes into ensuring that guests enjoy their meal. A fantastic discovery.
