A high-end Peruvian restaurant with exceptional views of the city located on the rooftop of the Grand Hyatt Hotel. The Andean cuisine takes you on a journey through the coast, highlands and jungle of Peru through well-executed ceviches, criollo tapas, lomo saltado and arroz chaufa. Service can be a bit slow when it gets busy. The space is tastefully decorated, with plenty of natural light during the day and a cosy atmosphere at night. It has an outdoor terrace for drinks. They have another location in Ibiza. It’s not cheap, but worth trying. Surprising.
