A true homage to wine. With more than six hundred labels — many of them natural wines — the cellar is the main draw, and there are no soft drinks, cocktails or beers here. Wine is paired with a traditional cuisine reinvented with unique touches. Cheeses, cured meats, colourful salads and some hot dishes with sauces that call for bread. The space is intimate and cleverly used, with five tables and a four-seat bar facing a mini open kitchen where the chefs move with complete ease. A place that invites you to return.
