This contemporary eatery revives homemade Catalan recipes and gives them a twist. Seasonal ingredients take centre stage and are sourced directly from neighbourhood suppliers. The à la carte menu changes with the seasons and brings together classics such as fricandó stew or gratinated macaroni with more original dishes, like an excellent wild boar tartare with grilled endives or skate with cap i pota, wonderfully combining both gelatines. The wine list is well selected and includes some serious wines at very fair prices. The proposal looks to culinary memory and ends up leaving a very good one.
