The hotel’s gourmet restaurant. Modern, inviting, very bright interior. The tables by the windows and on the terrace have views of the monastery of Sant Benet. Signature cuisine that blends tradition and modernity using local products, many from their own kitchen garden. The tasting menu is definitely worthwhile. Dishes include grilled white asparagus with salmon and tarragon, kimchi-style white aubergine with salt pork, and rice a la llauna with squid stuffed with Catalan botifarra sausage. Professional servers who explain everything thoroughly. An exquisite experience.
