Regarded as one of the best pizzerias in Europe, this venture was founded by two chefs with a background in haute cuisine who have taken pizza to a whole new level. The dough is baked in a traditional wood-fired oven and topped with top-quality ingredients, such as vegetables from their own garden or sourced from small producers, homemade cured meats and local organic flour. From the tables, you can watch as each pizza is prepared by hand. What’s more, every month they introduce a special creation in collaboration with another chef. The venue is simple with an industrial aesthetic. It has another branch in the city. Its reputation is well deserved, so booking is recommended.
