In this restaurant, tenderloin takes centre stage. Spread over two floors, the ground level houses a delicatessen offering an informal selection of sandwiches, cheeses and cured meats, to be enjoyed at the bar or at a shared high table. Upstairs, an elegant dining room — ideal for business lunches — serves the house speciality. The menu features four different beef breeds, ranging from milder to more intense flavours, and five different cuts by weight. From there, it is simply a matter of choosing the sauce and the sides. A very tempting address for meat lovers.
