The owner of this Manresa establishment was the right-hand man of the head chef at the famous Aligué restaurant. Long establishment with an open kitchen and discreet décor. The menu changes often, always prioritising seasonal products, with an emphasis on vegetables and mushrooms. A temple to truffle and mushrooms, harvested with care and professionalism. They serve them in all kinds of dishes: with bao, with fried egg, with tartare. Superb product. When in season, there's a spectacular truffle menu. Interesting wine cellar and efficient staff. Worth the trip.
