Peruvian cuisine by Gastón Acurio. Bright, open and informal space where the sea takes the centre stage in both its décor and its menu. A varied and fun menu, with generous, full-flavoured portions, ideal for sharing. From ceviches to tiraditos and sanguches, including lomo saltado and the tuna tartare causa, which is worth a second helping. Short wine list, with not many interesting labels. It’s better to opt for one of the cocktails, many of which are based on the famous Pisco. Kind but inexperienced staff. A hit with fans of good Peruvian food.
