At the helm is the excellent grill chef Guillermo Martínez de Marigorta, who prepares a wide selection of meats from local and Central European breeds, as well as seasonal vegetables, fish and seafood. The spacious and comfortable dining room is dominated by a maturing cellar and features a chef’s table facing the grill. Very busy at weekends, it is a must-visit for meat lovers.
