Renowned chef Ricardo Temiño presents an Italian cuisine fused with Castilian character—contemporary, creative and with a signature touch. There are no pizzas on the menu, but rather original, beautifully presented dishes that reinterpret tradition with wit and flair. Two tasting menus are also available. Standout creations include porcini ravioli with funghi sauce and pork scratchings, artichoke with “anti-carbonara” and smoked eel, and Iberian pork risotto. The spectacular, daring space features elegant design in deep red tones and velvet finishes. A true Castilian ristorante that impresses with its personality and sophistication.
